It features an elevated primary handle and a thoughtfully designed helper handle that offer both balance and control. Although a No. 8 in name, it gives a more generous cooking surface of 10" — giving you more room to cook your family's favorites.  It is compatible with the No. 8 lid, making it a great companion to the Lancaster No. 8 Skillet and 5 Qt. Dutch Oven. The Cast Iron No. 8 Griddle is made at our shop in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Lid Compatibility with the No. 8 Griddle - Our cookware uses traditional American cast iron sizing metrics dating back to the 1800s. Our No. 8 lid will fit perfectly on your No. 8 Griddle. Our No. 8 lid is also available to purchase separately.
